PRICING

Provider-set rates, no hidden platform fee.

Last updated 17 September 2026

Match My Crew is a marketplace, not a fixed price list. Every provider sets their own day rate and decides how much of it to show publicly — there are no Match My Crew subscription plans or tiers to buy.

How a provider's price is shown

Each provider profile displays one of four price states, chosen by that provider: a fixed day rate, a "starting at" day rate, "price on request", or no price at all. A day rate is quoted in one of the currencies Match My Crew supports today — EUR, GBP, USD, CHF, DKK, NOK, or SEK.

A displayed rate is a starting point set by the provider, not a binding quote. The final scope, schedule, and price for a specific project are agreed directly between the production and the provider through a private inquiry on the platform.

Using Match My Crew

Searching, comparing profiles, and sending an inquiry are free today. Match My Crew does not currently charge a subscription fee, listing fee, or commission on any booking.

If that changes — for example, if we introduce a commission-based model — we will give advance notice and update our Terms before any fee applies to your use of the platform.

Provider profiles that show a fixed or starting day rate publish that figure as schema.org Offer structured data alongside the page's Person data. Profiles set to "price on request" or hidden intentionally publish no price in that structured data — Match My Crew does not invent a number to satisfy a scanner.
