Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile up to date. You're responsible for the truth of the information in your profile, for having the necessary permissions for any portfolio media you upload, and for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts are personal to you; don't share credentials or operate someone else's account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account.

What Match My Crew is — and isn't

Match My Crew is a discovery and connection platform: we help clients and providers find each other, present transparent profiles, and start a private inquiry. We are not a party to any agreement, booking, or work arrangement that clients and providers reach with each other, whether on or off the platform, and we don't act as an employer, agent, or broker for either side.

You are solely responsible for agreeing on and fulfilling the terms of any work you undertake with another user, including scope, pricing, permits, insurance, tax treatment, and legal compliance for that work. Conduct any work agreed outside the platform at your own risk and judgment.

Acceptable use

When using Match My Crew, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or impersonating information in a profile, message, or review.
• Use the platform for harassment, discrimination, or unlawful conduct.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Submit a review that doesn't reflect a genuine experience with the reviewed provider.

Moderation, suspension, and termination

You can report a profile, review, or user you believe violates these terms using the in-product report feature. Our platform team reviews reports and may, at its discretion, hide a review, suspend a provider profile, or suspend a user account while a report is investigated or after a violation is confirmed.

We may suspend or terminate your account or profile for violating these terms, providing false information, fraudulent or unsafe conduct, or at the request of law enforcement or other legal obligation. Where reasonably possible, we'll tell you the reason for a suspension. A suspended profile is removed from search and public view; a suspended account loses access to the platform until restored.

If you believe a suspension was made in error, contact us at [email protected] to request a review.

You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time. Self-service account deletion is the intended function of /dashboard/settings; until that ships, request deletion by contacting us as described in our Privacy Policy.

All moderation actions taken by our platform team (role changes, suspensions, restorations, and hidden reviews) are recorded in an internal audit trail as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Registration and search are free today. If we introduce paid features or a commission-based model in the future, we will give advance notice and update these terms before any fee applies to your use of the platform.

No warranty

Match My Crew is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that any provider or client is who they claim to be, that a profile's claims are accurate, or that any match, booking, or off-platform work will meet your expectations. We do not currently perform identity verification on any account — see our Safety page for what that means in practice today.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from work arranged between users on or off the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body, or health.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Match My Crew after an update means you accept the revised terms; we'll update the "last updated" date above whenever changes are made.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence still applies and you may bring claims in the courts of your place of residence. For merchants, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies to the extent legally permissible.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
